Online Shop - Sweden
The Online Shop is no longer supported by us at the Mercedes
Benz Sweden Customer Service.
I have updated the article with this information and will leave the article
there until we have got familiar with this.By time this article will be removed, since it is no longer any Market
Specific.
The Swedish market does now handle Online Store like any other market.I am in contact with Maastricht and will update if we have to do anything more
in cases where:
- Customer want to return an item bought on the Online Store.
- Something broke within warranty on an item bought on the Online Store.
Customer has to order via Dealership & any questions on the products goes to Dealership.

We are the Mercedes Benz Customer Service does no longer support directly on
this.
We should still log any calls/emails regarding this as a CS Cases and the LOVs
for Enquiry and Complaint is as below.
The homepage with the Merchandise is not completed yet and their is no prices
on the items yet.
If a customer has any questions regarding the products or prices they should
contact an Authorized Dealership.
Ordering/purchase of any item on the homepage has to go via an Authorized
Dealership
Please note that if a customer contacts us in regards of an order, that was originally ordered via the 'old shop', we can still act as support by contacting Online Shop - online-shop@mercedes-benz.com.
This can be for warranty, returns etc.
