- Tampere: 24/7 technician (not in use Saturday 10-15), breakdowns max 60km
- Turku: 24/7 technician, breakdowns max 125km
- Other areas*: If there is a workshop within 125km always contact them first if it's a technical breakdown.
- If you can't reach the WS in 2 calls, dispatch the case to ARC, Autoliitto. Remember refusals if tech or WS not picking up.
*When dispatching to a workshop, open Dealer Contacts & call the number mentioned as Prio 1 first.
If you encounter a workshop without Prio 1, Prio 2 etc. Please inform Finnish Product Specialist Christobal

Van's technical breakdown's (Citan, V-class, Vito, Sprinter)
- Helsinki area: Veho Vehkala (Vantaa) or Veho Herttoniemi (Helsinki) S24 technician max 60kmh
- Tampere area: Dispatch cases to Veho Pirkkala
technician Monday to Friday after 15.30
- Other areas: Raskone Service Van's in GIS are mostly not operating, even you can find their S24's in GIS. This is under investigation. All the other Van S24s you can use normally.
- Always call/dispatch technical breakdown to nearest
workshop if they are open.
Except for Vehkala & Pirkkala Monday to Friday after 15:30 - Here we call the S24h Service Van. - Hospital District of Lapland (Rovaniemi to North and around): Always dispatch their cases (Ambulances) to workshop Veho Rovaniemi or their technician (when WS not open). Also non-technical breakdowns should be dispatched to Veho (even if it needs towing).
- Cases are dispatched as follows:
- Weekdays 07:00-20:00 to WS +358105698386 (workshop management)
- Saturdays 07-15 to WS +358105698386 (workshop management)
- When the store is closed +358405434808 to S24
These next instructions affects both passenger cars and Van's:
See the travel distance always from the home workshop of the S24, or the S24 location (depending which one is closer to customer). Some of the technicians live far away from the workshop. Depending on the case and rush, you can offer technicians longer distance cases up to 125km's from WORKSHOP location to breakdown location (not for Helsinki area technicians, only use them max 60km).
You can always dispatch all cases to our ARC Autoliitto, in case you can't reach technician or workshop.
ACCIDENT CASES - BODY SHOP WORKSHOP NEEDED FOR REPAIR:
The Veho workshops all uses the body workshop Veho Vauriokeskus located at Ansakuja 3.
Please use the workshop Veho Vauriokeskus as preferred workshop, when sending a case to ARC, where the vehicle has damages on the body, and a repair in the body shop workshop.
At the moment we experience challenges finding this workshop in GIS under preferred workshops.
The solution for this is to manually insert/search for Veho Vauriokeskus on the RSA tab.
